The anointing of the HolySpirit is trnsferred through a direct encounter with God, Through the light from scripture and God’s power hids in his Word and Through imoartation from carrier of that anointing. The heart condition is very important to receive impartation from carriers of the anointing. Proximity to the anointing does not gurantee impartation. The heart condiction is a factor for us to receive impartation. We must have a desire to see Jesus revealed and glorified also a desire to use what God gave you.
