THE POWER OF APPLIED REVELATION by Bishop David Oyedepo

We discover from Scriptures that redemption has repositioned us above all principalities and powers; so, we are not just saved and left at the mercy of the devil. It is written, who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son. We no longer live in the devil’s domain; we are far above. By redemption, we have become heavenly citizens; we are only on assignment on the earth. Therefore, to command dominion on the earth, we need a heavenly mentality. More revelation is equal to more strength, and more strength equals more exploits. It takes revelation to enjoy increasing strength. The more revelation at work in us, the more strength we are able to manifest and that qualifies us for more exploits. There is no man of exploits that will not require strength and supernatural stamina. This shows that the level of revelation we have determines the level of strength we command. Confidence Is Boosted: Revelation boosts confidence, which is required to take command. Confidence is the conqueror’s backbone and the security of our inheritances in Christ. That is why our confidence is the target of the enemy in battle. Therefore, it is important to build and sustain our confidence in God and this can only be through adequate revelation.
