The importance of humility in the life of man and woman can not be overemphasis. Whatever thing you have or whatsoever person you are now plus humility has the potential of growing into a great experience. Humility is the attitude of selflessness and the way of of life that does not seek any form of vain glory. On the other hand, pride is the killer of destiny and thorn in the flesh of destiny helpers. Time will not permit me to list countless number of human being who were endowed with special talents and creativities, unequal abilities and features whose lives ended in great tragedy as a result of pride. It is important to note that what pride does in one’s life is to hide one away from the grace of God which has the supernatural ability to preserve one in the days of trails and temptations. Pride takes away the cover of God from man. It exposes man and made him vulnerable to the attacks of his enemies. The help of God does not come upon the proud but He responds with swiftness to the voices of the humble. This is an eye opening message on the subject of an humble begining and how God releases His grace upon the humble.
