Righteousness is a weapon in spiritual warfare. It is not merely a doctrine. Our theme scripture has called it an amour that is on the right hand and on the left. The devil is the accuser of the brethren. Condemnation is his weapon of choice. As a Christian, you can never learn to fight him until you understand and embrace the imputed righteousness of God in Christ. There are Christians who are constantly under the attack of the enemy simply because they subjected themselves to his condemnation and have not received the righteousness of God. They have never overcome poverty, demonic oppression and all other forms of affliction because they believe they deserve it for one reason or the other. That is not your story child of God.
