Results are a consolation that God can be trusted and a proof to everyone around you, that God is true. The integrity of God’s word is not committed at the point of acquiring truth. What commits the hand of God and guarantees His intervention is the truth you know, understand, and engage with in faith. As Believers, we are called to a life of victory and glory in Christ Jesus. Don’t allow your feelings to decieve you into challenging the integrity of God’s Word. You must believe that victory is your calling, a truth you must hold on to Forgetting this truth in the face of trials and challenging situations can open the door to defeat. God invests His glory in His people, and His glory encompasses everything that makes Him God: His wisdom, His favour, His mercy, His grace, etc. Many times, the negative challenges you face demonstrate that you’re moving in life, and you’re not stagnant. If you aren’t taking any steps, you won’t encounter challenges in life. An advantage the Church presents is that it’s a school where Believers are trained on how to navigate and manage trials, temptation, and challenging circumstances. If Believrs are not trained on how to navigate these situations, it can swallow them up. The theology of victory is often taught in a way, that it doesn’t capture the possibility of trials, temptations, and challenges. Yet, on the path to victory, adverse situations are not unusual. For the Believer, challenges only become unusual when they overwhelm you to the point of defeat. Sometimes life can happen, and when you look around, nothing feels inspiring. At such times, you won’t fail when you look to Jesus Christ or fix your eyes on Him. The key is to stay there in prayer, anchoring your mind and heart on Him. Though you may feel the pressure, but you must remain steadfast with Jesus Christ. Remember, Satan is a master at sowing doubt over God’s Word, patiently waiting until life’s challenges hit the Believer, and then launching an attack. Never allow him to influence your understanding of God or lead you to a place of resentment and hatred toward God. It is your responsibility to engage in strategic warfare in the place of prayer when faced with unfavourable situations. It is in the place of prayer, you can discover any access points or any legal grounds that Satan may have used or is using to oppress you.
