Jesus Christ is our sure foundation. Our Savior, Jesus Christ, is the only sure foundation upon whom we can build our lives. Jesus is the sure foundation because He was foreordained by our Heavenly Father to be our Redeemer. There is none other name given under heaven save it be this Jesus Christ, whereby man can be saved. It is only through the Atonement of Jesus Christ that we can be forgiven of our sins and receive eternal life. We cannot do these things for ourselves. Only Jesus has this power. God’s pattern for any man that will be acceptable before God is Jesus. So any work you do that does not tally with Jesus will not approved and accepted. Everyman that will do well must follow a pattern even in ministry and in our individual lives. One of the patters of Jesus that we must follow is that Jesus has no space for sin and iniquity. Jesus was tempted but he resisted temptation, so we have no excuse to fall for temptation. Jesus was faithful to God who appointed him. We ought to be faithful to God.
