Power is the ability give to man from above, NO ONE CAN RECEIVE POWER UNLESS IT IS BEEN GIVEN TO HIM BY GOD, Jesus Christ told the disciples to wait till the day of Pentecost is come that they will be endued with power from on high. And when they received power, they began to do exploits. But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. To receive power you need to ask the father and he will endue you with power.
