No ministry can succeed beyond the mentality of the minister that is behind it. In the place where wisdom and understand is not enough to guide a person, such person will have to learn through experience. Your Ministry is not your enterprise, it is what God committed into your hands. The foundation for a solid minister is the understand that he is a steward and the major foundation of stewardship is declare on the altar of ownership. In other words, no steward owns what is to guide, you are to be in care of it. As a minister, you must define who owns what. The moment you assume the ministry you charged with is yours, you will be tempted to do it at your own convenient pace. But when you see the ministry as what God entrust into your care, you will do it with the sense of accountability. In ministry, it is not about doing things, it is about doing things according to the instructions given. It is not according to your taste, it is according to His dictate. So if ministry is to be successful in your hands, you must be ready to answer the question of ownership. Who owns this ministry?
