There is an exact formula for salvation and until you engage that formula, you are not saved. The first thing is to believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and then, you vocalize your acceptance of His Lordship over your life. A translation happens from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light, when you acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Growth in the Spirit is not automatic, it is engaged through Light. When you are an infant in Christ, your results may not differ much from that of an Unbeliever. Being in Christ does not automatically mean that the riches of Christ will manifest or find expression in one’s life. The life we receive in Christ and the Blessings that come with the Zoe life are released through knowledge. If a Believer fails to understand God’s intent for fruitfulness, the Believer will never partner with Him to realize that intent. There is a dimension of God’s glory that can only be revealed when the Believer bears fruit.
