A prophet is a mouthpiece or spokesperson who captures the transmissions of an entity and conveys them in plain language. He warns against the spirit of divination, which seeks illegitimate knowledge of the future. Unlike true prophecy, which reveals the heart of God, divination focuses on personal data to seduce the soul away from Christ. Being prophetic involves unfolding God’s will as perceived in the Holy Ghost, which is distinct from mere human intelligence. He advocates for testing all prophetic manifestations against the Word of God. If a practice cannot be traced to biblical apostolic customs, it should be rejected.
