So giving up of childish things that opens us up to our leadership ability in Christ. A highly disciplined man is a leader in making and leaders are in levels. The quality of ourselves discipline is determines our leadership rating in the ultimate. self discipline begins with knowing what you are doing and doing it. Leadership implies taking the lead, leading the way, setting the pace and blazing the tray. Leadership is not in what you have but what you add and Leadership is not in position or possession but contribution. Leadership is not about leading a people ut about leading a course.
