A CITY WITHOUT THE SUN By Pastor E.A Adeboye

The sun is the greatest light that illuminates the earth. When the illumination is visible we call it a day. When the sun is not illuminating the earth, it is called the night and darkness filled everywhere. Since the period of creation, there has not been a time when there is no light from the sun or when the earth is totally without the sun. As important as the sun is to a location, a City is promised by God where there will be no sun and there won’t be darkness either because God will be the light there. And He will illuminate the city with His glory. In this city, there will be no weeping nor crying, there will be no sorrow nor trepidation as the joy of Lord will be the strength there. Weeping,crying and sorrow are known with the night and darkness but the light of God gives joy. As the Lord promised a city without sun whose light would be the glory of God, there is also a city without a sun, where there will be no one to light it. It is the place meant for those whose deeds are evil and rejoice in wickedness. It is a place of total darkness and persistence sorrow. The words of the Lord will always come to pass and achievable.
