Power is a resource for anyone that believe, Even the disciples were told to wait until they are empowered before going out. The power of God is not for our defence alone but also to advance the kingdom of God. The wisdom of men is auratory and the wisdom of God is spirit. The kingdom of God is not communicated with the excellency of speech but with power and spirit so that the faith of men will be built, because if there is no power, your christainity is philosophy.
