Apostle Selman taught that what distinguishes the God of Heaven is that He speaks, and His words inevitably come to pass. He stated that Koinonia is founded on the Word of God, which is why the ministry cannot fail; failure only occurs if the Word is removed. A “voice” was defined as anything that communicates an idea and brings a person into the experience of that idea.
