The physical body is a vessel designed to host and represent divine authority on earth. True dominion is achieved only through total submission to God’s government, rather than personal discipline or will. The physical body is the earthly suit or sanctuary that houses the eternal spirit and the Holy Spirit. Divine health and function are maintained when the body aligns with the Spirit’s authority. Apostle Arome Osayi identifies two levels of authority within the Body of Christ: Authority of Headship: Everything must derive from and be endorsed by Jesus Christ, the head. Delegated Authority: Believers are given authority to act on Christ’s behalf when they operate under His specific instructions.
