God prunes every fruitful branch that it may bring forth more fruit (John 15:2). Growth requires pruning. Prayer stretches your spirit; the Word stabilizes your foundation; obedience shapes your stature. Many pray long but disobey quickly — that’s spiritual imbalance. True growth comes when prayer, Word, and obedience align. Smith Wigglesworth said, The Word of God is spirit and life. Feed on it until it becomes your nature. Don’t chase new revelations until the old ones change you. Maturity is not what you know; it’s what you’ve become through obedience. Grow until your desires, reactions, and priorities mirror Jesus.
