God’s eternal plan for man is to manifest His glory, nature, and dominion on earth. Humanity was designed as God’s vice-regents to host and display His character, a purpose interrupted by sin. The plan centers on redeeming man to reflect God’s nature, culminating in a glorified existence through Christ. Man was created to carry God’s ruling DNA and exercise dominion, acting as a steward of God’s authority on earth. Sin caused humanity to fall short, forcing a temporary shift to external manifestations of God’s power rather than internal manifestation in man. God became man (Jesus) to bring glory back to humanity, allowing redeemed individuals to function as the express image of His person.
