The Service of Blessings by Apostle Michael Orokpo

A biblical blessing is the empowerment of God upon a person’s life to fulfill His divine purpose. It encompasses spiritual, emotional, relational, and material dimensions, all working together to accomplish God’s will. God’s greatest blessing is His presence. Every other blessing flows from knowing Him and walking in fellowship with Him. The Christian life is therefore centered on pursuing the Blesser rather than merely seeking His blessings. The Service of Blessings reminds believers that the Christian life is not centered on pursuing material success but on cultivating a relationship with God through faithful service. The greatest reward of serving God is not merely what He gives but the privilege of knowing Him more deeply and participating in His eternal purposes. As we embrace humility, obedience, gratitude, and wholehearted devotion, we position ourselves to experience the fullness of God’s blessings. Our lives become testimonies of His faithfulness and instruments through which others encounter His love. May we continually serve God with joyful hearts, recognizing that every act of obedience is an opportunity to glorify Him and advance His Kingdom.
