Here are some excerpts from the programme: There is no better time in the history of the Church when we need the ministry of healing than now. Before now, we had limited the healing power to the healing of the human body, but we can see that there are people with emotional needs. Alongside bodily healing, there is a need for spiritual and soul healing. The business of liberty needs the anointing, much more than the desire to be liberated. Jesus Christ is a Maker, and for someone here tonight, you need to open up to Him as the Maker. Opening up to the Maker, demands that you must be malleable. We must trust God beyond our intelligence, even when we don’t understand Him. Walking with God goes beyond the realm of intellect. A major part of our walk demands that we follow Him without understanding. We are used to a world that is transactional and selfish, and for many of us, we attribute that character trait to God. You do not receive from God under every condition or under just any condition. The faith to receive is a combination of your persuasion of God’s ability, your clearly defined expectations, and your willingness to obey God completely. Faith to receive is wrapped up in your capacity to obey. There is a difference between the faith to believe and the faith to receive. The faith to believe is built on an awareness of how mighty God is, whilst the faith to receive is based on your awareness and understanding of your participatory role; the conditions God has put in place that connect you to His promises. The one who takes a step of faith, looking beyond logic and looking beyond his or her current reality, is the one who will receive a miracle. Faith is not only saying what God has said; it is also the preparedness to do what God says. Receiving from God is not a problem of power; rather it is the problem of obedience.
