There is a responsibility component to receiving answers from God, and the first responsibility is to listen. It is the hearing of faith that provokes results. God is a benevolent Father, and the character of fatherhood is wanting to see your children happy. God does not give bad gifts; He always gives good gifts to His children. You are a better portrait of a Christian, when aspects of your life that pertain to life and godliness, are sorted. God moves through people, but all lasting help comes from God alone. no one should claim they can do for you what only God can. People do not have the wherewithal to help or support you indefinitely. Take your eyes away from any individual and look unto Jesus. Looking unto Jesus gives Him the liberty to select who will help you. When you don’t have expectations of people, there will be no disappointments. Disappointments arise from expecting help from people, rather than from God, who chooses who will help you.
