Quoting from the book of psalms: The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and great in mercy. The Lord is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works. Also Let us, therefore, come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may OBTAIN MERCY, and find grace to help in time of need. Mercy qualifies the disqualified and makes the vessels of mercy to enjoy Divine Benevolence.
