When Jesus was with his Disciple, He gave them promise of the Holy Spirit. He called him the COMFORTER. It important to note at this point that it is not enough to fall under the anointing of men of God or to feel goose pimple during impartation service. No wonder it is only few Christians manifest to their full potentials. Jesus did not call the Holy Spirit a feeling or seasonal experience, He called the Holy Spirit “COMFORTER”. In other word a being to whom you can express your problem and expect response to solve your problems. The Holy Spirit is giving to Christians to allow us fellowship effectively with God and allow us live with dominion as intended by God.
