Even without us soliciting for obedience or for the submission of men to our leadership, God has plans for leaders that are persons after God’s heart. Therefore, if God has done this, as a leader, you have no excuse for not making exploits in the business of leading God’s people. God’s instructions for the Christian followers was to serve and obey spiritual heads that are place over them with meekness of heart and with total loyalty because spiritual leaders are meant to watch over the souls of their followers. Just as the lord weigh the content of the mind of the followers with regards to their level of loyalty, He evaluate the soul of the leaders likewise to know how much he/she look after the souls of the followers.
