Every unbeliever is called the Harvest and every Believer with the help of the Holyspirit is a Labourer, until we see every unbeliever as the harvest we will be able to reach them and bribg them into the kingdom of God. There is program of God which is in three fold dimension: to unbeliever, the church and the nations. Most importantly the program to the unbeliever is what brings Joy to the Heaven. When it has to do with soul winning we do not call sinners sinner but we see them as Harvest. The definition of harvest in the mind of God is anyone who are not saved and yet to acknowledge him as his lord and saviour. The Harvest talks about to things when relating to unbeliever: The person is ripe and must be harvested into the kingdom of God. Three things every labourer must have with respect to the harvest: Every labourer must know where the harvest is (The Field), Understand the system and the art of harvesting using the Sickle.
