Quoting from scripture: Is anything too hard for the LORD? I will return to you at the appointed time next year, and Sarah will have a son. In this sermon it was said that God is the God of the appointed time: He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

All things are beautiful at the appointed time. There is always a challenge of waiting between the vision and the manifestation, the promise and the product, the revelation and the realization, the prophecy and its fulfillment.
