True greatness in God’s kingdom is measured by one’s willingness to humble themselves and serve others. The path to greatness is consistently defined by virtues that contrast sharply with worldly ideas of power and status. The primary virtues emphasized in this sermon are humility and servanthood, modeled after Jesus Christ’s own life and teachings. Jesus used a little child as an example, teaching that those who humble themselves like a child are the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.
