The best step to take in life is to start everything with God. He perfect whatever is committed to His hands and provide the right guides and instruction to achieve the objectives. Although, God is always available to respond to the calls and voices of the children of men, a lot of us often rely on things other than God. We seek for solution in the wrong places, request for help even from our disguised enemies. Jesus gave the assurance of answered prayers to the disciples when He told them to ask until their joy is full. He said they should ask in His name and it shall be given, seek in His and they shall find, He told them to knock in His name and it shall be open onto them. These are not mere words of encouragement nor just a cliche to recite daily, they are rather the token of authorization and monument for Covenant of answering prayers. If God will not safe you then noone will safe you. What many do not understand is that they can only be safe by man, demons or magicians because God has created the solutions in the first place. Nobody can safe other person except God knows about it. Therefore your situation is not too big for God to handle, that you have prayed for many times and got no result doesn’t make God a liar. His hears are not too small to hear, neither are His hands too small to deliver, He is God that does things without questions.
