As nice and honourable it is to be a follower of am impactful leader, It becomes worthless when instead of getting virtues one is becoming a loser. It is important for all followers to know how to set and identify dependable goals for followership. The ability to see need to function in the office of the leader when he/she is not there again motivates followers to be responsible. The values of the leader are their strength and motivators , therefore a follower must learn to value the values of the followers. Skills and wisdom are transferred from the leaders so that the followers learn to make sound decisions as they avoid the leaders mistake.
