THE HOUSE OF GOD By Apostle Joshua Selman

When we are talking about the concept of the house of God, folks most time assume the physical building and structures of a four wall arena devoted for worship. This assumption is not totally wrong but as much as we can assume this to be true, greater truth is that gone are the days when the presence of God was confided in a sacred place and holiest of holies. Since the inception of the New covenant by the blood of Jesus, the unified spirit,soul and body of human being has become the house of God. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God and dwell in us as a token of our adoption by God. If the Holy Spirit now dwell in us and the The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God whom was promised by Jesus Christ, there is no reason to assume that the house of God only means the physical building we gather in. Therefore so much as we hallow this physical buildings and structures much more are we suppose to sanctify our own body,spirit and soul because God dwells in us.
