God moves in a mysterious way by the power of his spirit, the spirit of God moved in the beginning- “And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. AND THE SPIRIT OF GOD MOVED upon the face of the waters.” so it takes the spirit of God to move before you experience the manifestation of God. He also moved in the midst of his disciples “And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, AND IT FILLED all the house where they were sitting.”
