In this sermon it was said that the ministry of the Holy Spirit in a believers life can be divided into two: the Spirit Within and the Spirit upon. The ministry of the Holy Spirit to an unbelievers is to convict and concert them unto salvation.
Quoting from scripture: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
