Salvation is the bedrock of our relationship with God. Salvation deals with rescue of someone from a particular danger, calamity or doom, but salvation in the spiritual sense is the rescue of someone from sin or wickedness and its reprecaution. For one to be delivered from sin and its power, there is a need to get saved with clear understanding. Our salvation is simply the redemptive effort of our saviour Jesus Christ paid for us.
