BUILD ME AN ALTAR by Bro. Gbile Akanni

An altar is a place of worship where people can honor God with offerings. The word altar comes from the Latin altārium, meaning “high,” and also to the Latin adolere, which means “to ritually burn or sacrifice,” which suggests its early purpose as detailed in the Bible. According to the Bible, the fire on the altar was lit directly by the hand of God and was not permitted to go out. No strange fire could be placed upon the altar. The burnt offerings would remain on the altar throughout the night before they could be removed. Bro Gbile Akanni revealed the need of an altar and the purpose which every believer need to look into in order to have a relationship with the lord God and his son Jesus Christ
