Temptations are the fruits of our lustful desires. God does not tempt anyone. It is when we can not control our own desires that what God has created for our good become a snare onto us. Temptation is not a sin until you fall into it. Thoughts comes unto us, desires fill our minds and different views communicate desires to our senses. The fact that we perceive, observe, feel and notice those things shows that we are healthy and sound. It becomes a problems unto us when we become unrest because we could not obtain or consume them. You fall into temptation when you can not control your own mind but you released it to the control of external objects or feelings that you admire. Trials are exams from God to promote you, temptations are traps from the devil to demote you.
