Spiritual alignment is the process of synchronizing the human spirit with the Holy Ghost, allowing the believer to function within the will and purpose of God. It is a state of being where one’s heart, mind, and life are in agreement with God’s word, positioning them to receive divine direction. True alignment is not just outward religious behavior but begins in the heart. It is about having a heart that is sensitive to the joy or displeasure of God. Intimacy with God implies an affectionate relationship where one can feel God. If a believer does not feel God, they are likely to drift from His will. The Holy Ghost is the one who enables alignment. The believer’s spirit is connected to His in regeneration, but active alignment requires conscious engagement with Him.
