In the History of man, God has been communicating His purposes and revelations in many ways. God spoke directly to giants of faith, He revealed Himself to some and spoke through the prophets. The scripture explained that when Jesus resurrected, spiritual and ministerial gifts were given to the children of men. Some were called to be teachers, some pastors, some prophets and others Apostles. As nice and desirable as ministering to God is, it is important that one truly understand the specific ministry into which one is called so that one may effectively function in ones callings. The Apostolic ministry is the ministry that took over after the ascension of Jesus Christ and through the Apostle, the gospel of Christ was preached to so many people across different languages of the world. They set up the first church of Christ which spread to the various cities of the world today. This is a deep teaching on the Apostolic ministry and the operations of the apostles.
