Be Whole by Pastor Ife Adetona
To understand wholeness, we must define its opposite, brokenness. Brokenness means “fractured or damaged. No longer in one piece or in working order.” You see, something that is now broken was once whole. That’s you. You are God’s original design, but now, because of life’s experiences, you find yourself broken. This is not God’s perfect will for your life. He desires that you be made whole.
You must stop wasting time and energy looking for wholeness in the wrong places like romance, addictions, or even careers. “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
