The personality of the Holy Spirit is designed even before the beginning of everything as a relational being so that man can have fellowship with God. It will be difficult for man to have a better and effective relationship with God without the presence of the Holy Spirit. Some of the heritages and covenants embedded in our faith in God can only be brought to bear with the help of the Holy Spirit. To stay neutral off the Holy Spirit is to set one’s life up for confusion. Those who does not know or understand how to connect and relate with the Holy Spirit always survive with help of God by proxy.
