Leadership is the act of influencing and serving others out of Christ’s interests in their lives so they accomplish God’s purposes for and through them. A biblical leader is a person of character and competence who influences a community of people to achieve a God-honouring calling by means of the power of Christ. Exemplary leader’s frontiers of divine order, leadership is key and as such, any institution that will see positive revolution will need an exemplary leader.
