God help man with the help of men. No one is created to be successful in isolation, we need each other to attain success in our lives. It is one thing to bring people together and be surrounded with groups of people it is another thing to get them work together in order to achieve desired objectives. You will move fast if you travel the path of life alone but you will travel far if you go in pairs. To make people work together, you must be ready to break the vision down into interdependent task that can be undertaken by individuals. When vision is analyzed and divided into task, people respond to responsibilities and carry out their portion. Responds to responsibility is motivated by the sense of belonginess and feeling among. Therefore, to make people work together for a long time with motivation, you must create in people the sense of ownership and belonginess then you will be able to put the team into formation and get things done with little effort.
