IGNITING AND PRESERVING TERRITORIAL REVIVAL By Apostle Joshua Selman

The experience of a revival movement start with personal revival of individual revivalist. Except a person is revived, such person can not revive another person let alone reviving a whole territory. Personal revival is produced by a genuine brokenness and devoted act of prayers. It is only when the principle of brokenness has it way that men may depend solely on the help and enablement from God. Then and only then can men grow into the stature of maturity where they seek not just thier gains and desires but the fulfilment of God’s will in thier lives. The place of prayer in igniting and preserving a territorial revival can not be over emphasized. Our power and enablement as Christians is vested in the act of devoted prayers onto God. To joke with prayers is to tell God that you have the required ability to do it. When you pray to God, you establish the covenant of help with God and you show Him that you are a man who need dependable help from God. God does not pray, therefore, prayer is made for man to engage God in the affairs of men. A territorial revival can not be achieved by just an individual, there is need for a regular convergence of other believer in that territories who share the same kingdom goals to declare their intentions onto God and learn how to revive their personal districts and region. There are practical teachings in this series and you need to listen to them if you wish to ignite and preserve revival on your campus, districts, regions, states and countries.
