Prayer through the Gospel is the believer’s response to God’s finished work in Christ. The more deeply we understand the Gospel, the more confidently and effectively we pray. God is not inviting believers into a relationship based on striving and self-effort. He is inviting them into a relationship built on grace, access, sonship, and intimacy through Jesus Christ.
