In this sermon apostle concluded the series of teaching in Kenya where he said that Jesus gave the disciples power against unclean spirits in order to cast them out, to heal. There are two kinds is spirit the Holyspirit and Unclean Spirit. The character of the administration of spiritual power is always in response to a message, the power is supposed to confirm something and someone, So the emphasis therefore is that if in life you want to see the release of that power you need to focus on the revelation and the exaltation of Jesus.
