Our priesthood is predicated on Jesus Christ. In excersing your altar you need to pray and fast. The price your are paying cannot be compared with the price Jesus paid. The old testatment is a shadow of the things to come. We have been justified with God through the peace we have received from Jesus so we can approach him. The structure of new testament chrirstainity is built on access to God. The access to God is all about the priesthood of the believer. There is no access without an altar.
