The Mystery of Walking with God by Bishop David Abioye

In this sermon it was said that today people has made walking for God their number one priority as against walking with God. What gives value to walking for God is walking with God. Maintaining a quality walk with God is a vital secret of sustaining a ministry. All great men firstly walked with God before walking for God. You must have a relationship with God (walking with God) before the assignment (walking for God). Just as fruits draws from the root, so should you walk with God in your relationship.

Quoting from scripture: And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. You cannot show who you do not know. It is your knowing God that will help you show him to the people around you. Ministry is a call to reflect God just as the sun reflect the moon.
