The power of God is giving to man through the Holy Spirit. Anyone that will exercise God’s authority in life must have gotten an encounter with The Holy Spirit. He is the comforter, Councilor and the Spirit of liberty. The love of God is onto all men but the power of God is given only to those who know His name and submit their lives to Him because, the power of God does not come to be lord over, His power rather comes to be the lord over all other power. Therefore, if you will live in His power, you must be humble and make the will of God your will. No one knows the mind of God except the Spirit of God that searches all things.
