There are three things that the resurrection of Jesus means to us: The resurrection of Jesus Christ is a prove that the sacrificial death on the cross of Calvary is sufficient for our sins to be taken away. For each time we come before God, we come in the consciousness of Christ with us. The resurrection of Jesus was not really about him but for the sin of men to be taken away so that we will be saved. The resurrection of Jesus is a prove that this material world matters to God. When Christ rose up he stood up as a man.
