Kingdom advance is in two folds:
1) The establishment of the lordship of Christ first in the hearts of men.
2) It must be frontier-ed across territories. It is not enough for us to just win souls in terms of individuals but for us to obtain grace from God to start taking cities.
Kingdom advance is territorial. That means, we are not entirely free until our territory is free.

You can enjoy the freedom that comes with the new life as an individual but you are still in bondage because if the territory has not come under the lordship of the Christ, you can be affected by the value system that is predominant within a territory.
