That goes back-to-back. You have lecture, and then you have an in intense intercessory session.

2. Spiritual Development

After those three days in class of the week, you are also required to be engaged in a ministry practicum for the remaining three days in the course of the week.

The ministry of practicum has a personal spiritual development element where you are engaged in intense spiritual development.

This is intentional, because it’s noted that most of the seminaries around the world is known for an intense academic activity that if you are not a very intentional and careful person, you may end up dying out and burning out because of the academic workload.

Due to that, a lot of people go into the seminary and are not able to make the most out of it, because while they are spending the whole time for academic engagement, they end up living out their spirit life to die out.

That’s the unique thing about Adullam: they will not only train you intellectually, but also develop your mind and equip your soul to ensure that you are well grounded in the truth of the word of God.

They are also intentional about your own spiritual development, so there are requirements for personal, spiritual developments and also the other aspect of the ministry.

3. Healthy Exposure

Practicum is what you are going to be having a hands-on ministry exposure. There are several activities you will be engaged in, such as personal evangelism, intercessory prayers, and lots more.

All these activities are put in place so that by the time you are leaving the training, you are already developed into a person that has gotten involved in ministry and you’re not about to start ministry from the scratch.

Another element to this training is the fact that they have mission field trips.

The mission field trip became very critical in the development of the training because outside of the class, where you are directly supervised and monitored in your training, it’s important that you’re also giving a wide exposure to the mission field.

You will be engaged in a holistic ministry where they conduct outreaches, crusades, one-on-one intercessory activities, both at a personal level and also at family level, where you interact with the wider society, the students.

The whole beauty of attending Adullam is that while you are being trained to be effective for the kingdom, you are also practicing that while in training.

Therefore, if you are out there, and you truly desire a place where you can be equipped for the end time move of God, Adullam is a place to be.
