Leaders must take responsibility for the sluggishness of what is happening in their place. Your own quiet unspoken unbelief has incapacitated the people, you don’t understand the weight of a leadership. While leadership is not to be authoritarian it must be authoritative, democracy is not God’s choice. A leader must take responsibility for what God want to be done in any place at any time and what God is waiting for he is waiting for men who will take responsibility and say let it be, God is going to follow it up.
When Jesus asked the disciples to look for food for the multitude, He knew there wouldn’t be enough earthly food for the multitude, but He knew that by divine principle the initiative must be from the earth, the multiplication will be from heaven. It is what ever you loose on earth that shall be loosed in heaven.
The reason why God is trying to gather us is not incapacitation, it is a deliberate divine policy to use men. It is because God has ordained that whatever happens on the earth, it will not be done by angels, it will be done by men, all He needs is your availability.
